Prices are valid for one page of translation (1,500 characters without spaces) or 225 words.

We accept complaints in written form 8 days after the issue of an invoice.

The final price is calculated on the basis of the number of characters or number of words. In the first case, you should be aware that some variations (+/-) are possible in particular translations. The minimum number of characters charged is 750 without spaces, or 125 words.

Revision, one translation page, court translations, number of pages translated perday

• According the EN 15038 standrad the Revision must be included into translation process (information about exclusions)
• The calculation of the translation page may also be based on the number of words
• Certified translations are charged per page, i.e. one page represents one document
• Standard quantity per translator is 2,000 words or 3-5 pages per day

For very urgent and very demanding translations, we charge an additional 50% on the basic price.

Ordering
If we receive your order by midday, we treat it as an order received on that day, meaning the deadline is calculated with this day included. To officialy submit the order, we provide an order form which you can send to us via fax or by e-mail.

Payment conditions:

• We issue an invoice (within 8 days)
• The listed prices do not include VAT
