Dragan ŠIBANC, CEO and founder

Dragan Šibanc is the founder and Director of PSD. He graduated from the Faculty of Sociology in 2001. He has worked as a permanent court interpreter in the Macedonian, Serbian, Croatian and Slovenian languages. As an authorised court interpreter, he has translated over 10, 000 pages of various texts, laws, documents and contracts in the area of legislation and public administration. He translated ISCOMET's publication on discrimination in the EU. He has been a member of the Administrative Board of the first Translation Agencies Association in Slovenia at the Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia (ZPP at GZS). He has held teh post of head of quality at PSD since 2009. As the concept creator of PSD Group, he contributes to PSD's expansion in Serbia, Denmark, Germany, Macedonia and other countries, as well as to the organisation of more than 300 translators across the PSD Group. Under his leadership, more than 20, 000 different translation projects have been undertaken in all PSD branches. As an entrepreneur, he advocates the introduction of emotional intelligence in all areas of life, a higher level of ethics in society, and professionalism, as well as the quality of human life and services in general. He places great importance and emphasis on the responsibility of the individual in society.

Kristina KANTAR, Office Manager Supervisor (OMS)

Kristina Kantar has been employed by PSD since 2006, and has been Office Manager since 2008. She started her journey and career in translation as a translator for English and Slovenian language in 2002. With her knowledge and excellent communication skills, she contributes to realising the PSD vision. As head of quality in PSD, she has been responsible for projects and the consistent implementation of the EN 15038 and ISO 9001 Standards. Under her leadership, PSD completed more than 7,000 different translation projects in the period from 2006 to 2010.

Klemen MRAK, Office/ Project Manager (OM & PM)

Klemen Mrak has been employed by PSD since 2008. This young and adaptable man helps to manage the translation office. In addition, he is responsible for PSD personnel and the consultation process in establishing enterprises within the PSD group.

Marija BLATNIK, Translator

Marija Blatnik has been employed by PSD since 2008 as a translator for English, Swedish and Slovenian. She graduated from the University of Ljubljana in 2005. With her effort and dedication, she contributes to the quality of PSD's translation services.

Monika JOVANOSKI, Translator

Monika Jovanoski has been employed by PSD as a translator for Macedonian, English and Slovenian. She takes care of clients and assists the office manager.

Jelena MOJSOVSKI, Office Manager Supevisor (OMS)

Jelena Mojsovski is a graduate teacher in the Czech language and literature. She has been employed by PSD since 2006 as an OMS. She speaks and writes Czech, English, Slovak, Russian and Serbian. As PSD's leader in Serbia, she contributes to the recognition of PSD's name and services in Serbia and beyond. She is responsible for quality matters, as well as hiring talented young translators in Serbia and the wider region. With her assistance, over 2,000 translation projects have been completed.

Rade MILENKOVIĆ, Administrator

Rade Milenković, a PSD representative in Serbia, has been employed by PSD since 2008. He is responsible for PSD group administrative matters and communication between accountancy services and PSD.

Gjoko POPAGINOVSKI, Member of PSD Group

Gjoko Popaginovski is PSD representative for Macedonia. As a member of the PSD group, he contributes to the introduction of the quality system in translation services in Macedonia, the use of translation tools and the development of translation optimisation, as well as hiring talented and competent personnel in Macedonia.

Dragan JOKIĆ, Director of the German Language Division

Dragan Jokić is PSD representative and Director of PSD DE UG Germany. He is responsible for QA and for the introduction of CAT tools in PSD and also for the education of  PSD's translators, organising various courses within the PSD group. He is Director and owner of the PSD's partner agency – Expert Ltd.
