Notes

Prices are valid for one hour of interpreting.

We accept complaints in written form eight days after the issue of an invoice.

The final price is based on the number of hours. The minimum order is one hour.

For very urgent and very demanding interpretations, we charge an additional 50% on the basic price.

Ordering
If we receive your order by midday, we treat it as an order received on that day, meaning the deadline is calculated with this day included. To officialy submit the order, we provide an order form which you can send to us via fax or by e-mail.

Payment conditions:

• We issue an invoice (within eight days)
• The listed prices do not include VAT

If you are an individual and not a company, we require payment for the translation before commencing.
