How can I order a translation?

Via e-mail, via the PSD web application, by phone or by web order.

What are the translation delivery deadlines?

There are two types of translation delivery: regular and urgent (within the same day).

• Regular: up to three days for between one to eight pages of translation
• Urgent (within the same day): no longer thene six hours for a maximum of four pages of translation

A translator can translate up to eight pages per day (2000 words). In projects, where a group of translators work together, the number of pages can be several times more.

How is a price for a translation calculated?

Prices are quoted for one page of translation (1500 characters without spaces) or 225 words.

How is a translation paid for?

A translation is paid for on the basis of a pro forma invoice or a regular invoice (for long-term clients).
