We require the following from our contractors/freelancers:

•     Expertise in the languages they translate
•     Professional attitude
•     Reliability
•     Discretion
•     General knowledge
•     Familiarity with translation domains
•     Familiarity with translation tools
•     24-hour internet connection

Qualifications (according to EN 15038):

•     A degree from the Faculty of Philology, or
•     Any other University degree (7th degree of education or Bachelor of Arts) and two years' experience in translation (references and recommendations are required)
•     Five years’ experience, if a translator does not have a degree (references and recommendations are required)
•     Exellent knowledge of both the source and target languages
